record dreams

I'd like to introduce this article.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/language/wordsinthenews/2010/10/101029_witn_dreams_page.shtml

To record your dream, its mean,  your dream is known to somebody.
Is it good for you?

  1. Thanks, Mika, for posting an interesting article and asking a good question.
I found the longer version of the topic for further reference.

Would I want to know my dream? Yes and no. Yes because I am curious. No because usually my dream doesn't make sense at all. But this kind of scientific research can open numbers of possibilities!

  2. I actually find this a rather scary idea! Not just because they don't make sense or because some are bad, but also because there is a tendancy to want to interpret what you dream. If it is someone who has no experience and solely depends on intuition or some magazine articles about dreams, the results may be very negative.

However, I would like to have some way to record my creative moments in half sleep!!
